Part-Time Retail Associate (15-25 hours per week)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for our customers while helping keep the front of house running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.

  • Assist customers with selecting bakery items, answering questions, making recommendations, and taking custom orders.

  • Keep the bakery case clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

  • Assist with other bakery tasks, including packaging orders, cleaning, organizing, etc. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Availability to work at least one full weekday each week and two Saturdays per month. No evenings or Sundays!

  • Previous customer service experience required.

  • Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers.

  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members.

  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Part-Time Baker (15-25 hours per week)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and organized individual who shares our passion for creating beautiful, made-from-scratch artisanal treats. In this role, you'll work alongside our talented bakers and decorators to help create the high-quality, handcrafted treats our customers know and love.

Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes and preparation guidelines to produce baked goods consistently while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Assist our cake & cupcake teams in preparing and decorating weekly and seasonal orders

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area

  • Assist with other bakery tasks as needed, including packaging orders, dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior baking and/or decorating experience, even if it’s from your home kitchen

  • Available to work daytime hours and some Saturdays

  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
