We have a wide selection of products made from scratch that can be ordered
online on your choice of size, flavor and colors. If you don’t find the cake design
that suits your needs on our website, please fill out the Custom Inquiry form and
we will reply within 2 business days with options available and pricing.

While we feature fun seasonal buttercream cookies in the case at our shop, we don’t
offer custom cookie orders or royal icing designs. As an alternative, we offer these
Buttercream Cookies Designs that can be customized with your choice of buttercream
colors and/or sprinkles. We also offer Custom Image Macarons or Cookies & Custom Image Macarons, a unique way to incorporate your theme into a treat!

Monday: We are not open to the public on Mondays; however, orders can be
scheduled to be picked up between 12-2pm
Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Sunday: Closed. Orders needed for Sunday events will need to be picked up on
Saturday. We will provide care instructions to keep treats fresh.

Upon request we may be able to accommodate earlier pick ups times outside of our store hours. Reach out to our team with your special request.

We do not offer delivery or shipping. All orders must be picked up from our shop
in West Chester, OH (including large events such as weddings). Everything will
be carefully packed for safe transportation in a flat surface of your car.

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled pick-up date. This helps us manage production and reduce waste.

We don’t create licensed character cakes (like Disney, Marvel, etc.); however,
you're welcome to provide a small toy or figurine, and we’ll be happy to design a
beautiful cake around it to match the theme.

We love seeing inspiration photos and use them as a helpful starting point, but
we don’t make exact replicas of other artists’ work. Instead, we can create a
design that reflects the spirit of what you love, while adding our own creative
touch.

CAKES: Our cakes are chilled at pick up for safe transportation on a level
surface. Keep refrigerated until 4 to 6 hours before enjoying (depending on the
cake size). Display in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
CUPCAKES / COOKIES: Store at room temperature for up to 2 days. Refrigerate
in an air tight container to preserve freshness beyond this point.
MACARONS: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days, freeze beyond this point.

Yes! Our macarons are naturally Gluten Free, we also offer select flavors of Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes; however, please note that while we try our best to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not a gluten-free facility.

Many of our products do not contain nuts; however, our kitchen is not a nut-free facility and cross-contamination is possible.

We don’t currently offer any vegan, dairy or egg free treats. We use real butter and other dairy ingredients in all of our baked goods, which are essential to the flavor and texture we're known for. We appreciate your understanding and support!

We don’t offer sugar-free desserts. All of our treats are made using traditional baking methods with real sugar, which plays an important role in both flavor and texture. We want every bite to taste as good as it looks!

While our dye-free options are currently very limited, we are working towards offering more natural dye options in the near future. In the meantime, upon request we might be able to make certain items without added food coloring. Just let us know when placing your order and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

We would be happy to talk to you about your wedding or large event desserts!
You are welcome to stop by during our shop hours, most of the cake flavors that
we offer are available for purchase in our case. Tasting a couple of these would
be a great way to sample what we have to offer.

We offer undecorated sheet cakes (also known as kitchen cakes) to supplement
servings for larger events. These are a great option when you need extra servings alongside a decorated centerpiece cake. Please note that our sheet cakes are not decorated, as they’re meant to be served behind the scenes.

donation request at least 4 weeks in advance. While we can’t accommodate
every request, we do our best to support local causes whenever we can.
