Part-Time Retail Associate (15-25 hours per week)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for our customers while helping keep the front of house running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.

• Assist customers with selecting bakery items, answering questions, making recommendations, and taking custom orders.

• Keep the bakery case clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

• Assist with other bakery tasks, including packaging orders, cleaning, organizing, etc. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Available to work most weekdays and at least two Saturdays a month (no evening or Sunday shifts!)

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers.

• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members.

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
